Excellent wine with almonds and chestnut wood sent. With an amber color, not sweet nor dry, warm-bodied and aromatic, can taste like some good sherry, the Oloroso sherry in particular. It ‘s a great meditation wine, served cold. It ‘s a great aperitif, can be paired with biscuits and almond, but also with hard seasoned cheeses.

It ‘a intense colored and scented red wine, aged in French oak barrels and then bottled; intense and intriguing aromas of maquis shrubland on the nose. Full on the mouth, with a great structure and long lasting. To be served at 18/20 degrees.

The Plenio is characterized by an intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections. Fresh and penetrating on the nose, with hints of ripe fruit, enhanced by delicate notes of honey, bitter almonds and herbs. The palate is fresh and soft, pleasantly velvety and rich, with a long finish with a hint of apple, plum and almond.
Perfect with pasta dishes and seafood and in combination with white meats and roasts.

Barbaresco is a wine with extraordinary elegance and plesantness. Tannins are soft and delicate, perfectly matching with vanilla, leather, tobacco and green tea leaves flavors. It is possible to smell wild rose, raspberry and cinnamon, through a balanced and full structure. This Barbaresco comes from the hills of Neive, one of four borough where it is possible to produce this prestigiuous wine from nebbiolo grape. It ‘also a great meditation wine.

Hugonis borns from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, a French origin grape, and Nero d’Avola, one of the most traditional Sicilian grapes. It is a wine that gives immediate perception of the powerful and austere nature of its origins. Power and austerity turn into elegance and varietal aromas enriched with new, intriguing sensations and the fullness of taste. The seal and the counterseal of Hugonis Bernardi, a knight in armor fighting with two lions that stand on the label of this wine, are the signs of the house of Hugues Bernard, Count of Gatinais who meant to customize one of its moste precious fruits.

Aromas of slightly stewed fruit, steeped berry, spice and menthol unfold in the glass. The firm palate delivers juicy cherry, crushed raspberry, licorice, ground pepper and a mint note while bracing tannins and racy acidity provide the backbone. Negri was the first winery in Valtellina to produce in 1956 the Sfursat by drying naturraly the grape. The 5 Stars is his more prestigious Sfursat. This wine is produced only during its best vintages, from grapes Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) lightly wilted, from vineyards 450 m above sea level and they are vinified at the end of January with a long maceration (12 days). Before being put into bottles, the wine is aged during aprox 16 months in small oak barrels, than stays another 6 months in bottle before being commercialised. It’s a wine with vigorous structure and remarkably harmonious. It is suitable for a long aging.

Amarone is a wine of rare elegance and complex structure. It’s the precious result of a carefull selection of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Grapes are dried in fruit-drying rooms for about four months. After a long fermentation of 35 days wine is aged in oak barrels for 36 months.
Deep, voluptos garnet red colored, this wine smells raisins and it is ethereal and enveloping, while its soft and velvet taste is complex, with hints of ripe fruit and violet. Excellent paired with game dishes, red meats and mature cheeses.

The Primitivo is one of the most important typical grape varieties growing in Puglia. The vinification allows to obtain a high alcohol wine, well structured because of tannins. “Fiore di Vigna” is the result of a passionate work on fields and a wise vinification. The grapes are harvested in boxes of 5 kg, are left to dry during about 3 weeks, constantly and gently ventilated so that, at the end, there is a significant concentration of intense aromas and a big structure.
Intense garnet color. Enveloping, intense, pleasantly spicy bouquet: this is the characteristic of the grape. Hints of dried fruit and cherries in spirito. Round, full mature longlasting taste. It’s recommended to oxygenate before serving. It is suggested to pair with pasta dishes with tomato sauces and meat sauce, red meats and game.
